If = dipergunakan dalam komunikasi apabila berdasarkan keadaan/kondisi yang terjadi, artinya tergantung pada situasi yang akan terjadi.
Contoh:
I will visit you if I go to Jakarta
I will give you money if I have got

Incase = berdasarkan atas rencana/rancangan yang sudah tersususn. Tidak berdasarkan situasi karena hal itu sudah dijadwalkan/direncanakan sebelumnya.
Contoh:
I will buy food incase John comes:
artinya:
Saya akan tetap beli makanan baik itu John datang atau tidak

Rather = berdasarkan makna negative
contoh :
He is rather dirty
She will be rather late.

Quite = berdasarkan makna positive
contoh:
He is quite handsome
She is quite deligent

Adjective + ed : dipergunakan apabila fokus pada orang/person
contoh:
I am bored
Educated person

Adjective + ing : dipergunakan apabila fokus kepada benda/atau dianggap benda atau dibendakan.
Contoh:
interesting book
fascinating place

Contoh kalimat:
She is bored with her job because her job is boring
